医美护理管理结合家长参与式护理在唇腭裂患儿整形修复中的应用

Application of Medical-aesthetic Nursing Management Combined with Parent-Participation Nursing in Plastic Repair of Children with Cleft Lip and Palate

目的:探讨医美护理管理结合家长参与式护理在唇腭裂患儿整形修复中的应用。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年1月笔者医院收治的100例唇腭裂患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规护理结合家长参与式护理干预,观察组采用医美护理管理结合家长参与式护理干预,比较两组术后伤口愈合时间、住院时间、儿童疼痛行为评分(Face,legs,activity,crying,consolability behavioral pain assessment scale,FLACC)、Riker镇静躁动评分、并发症及睡眠情况。结果:观察组术后伤口愈合时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后4 h、8 h、24 h,观察组FLACC评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Riker镇静躁动评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,观察组夜间、白天睡眠时间长于对照组,夜醒次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医美护理管理结合家长参与式护理可有效减轻唇腭裂患儿疼痛,改善术后躁动和睡眠状况,进而加快患儿术后康复。

Objective To explore the application of medical-aesthetic nursing management combined with parent-participation nursing in children with cleft lip and palate.Methods A total of 100 children with cleft lip and palate admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The wound healing time,length of hospital stay,FLACC score,Riker sedation agitation score,complications and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).At 4 h,8 h and 24 h after surgery,FLACC scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),Riker sedation-agitation scale in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after surgery,the night sleep time and day sleep time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,and the night wake times were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical-aesthetic nursing management combined with parentparticipation nursing can effectively relieve pain,improve postoperative agitation and sleep,and thus accelerate postoperative rehabilitation in children with cleft lip and palate.
