植物单宁的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展

摘要 植物单宁是一种生物学活性较强的多酚类天然植物提取物,具有调节机体抗氧化能力、抗菌消炎、抗病毒和抗腹泻等生理功能,在国内外有着广泛的研究和应用,其饲用安全、使用效果显著。文章综述了植物单宁的生物学功能,及其在畜禽生产上的应用效果,主要体现在促进畜禽的健康、改善肉品质和生长性能、维持瘤胃稳态,旨在为植物单宁在畜禽生产中进一步的研究和应用提供理论支撑和实践参考。 Plant tannin is a kind of polyphenols natural plant extract with strong biological activity,which has physiological functions such as regulating antioxidant capacity,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antiviral and anti-diarrhea.It has been widely studied and applied at home and abroad,and its feeding safety and use effect are remarkable.This article reviewed the biological functions of plant tannins and their application effects in livestock and poultry production,which were mainly reflected in promoting the health of livestock and poultry,improving meat quality,improving growth performance,and maintaining rumen homeostasis,aimed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for further research and application of plant tannins in livestock and poultry production.
