补饲饲草纤维及益生菌对湖羊同胞多胎羔羊生长性能和血液代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨补饲饲草纤维及益生菌对湖羊同胞多胎羔羊生长性能和血液代谢的影响,试验选取18窝54只遗传背景相同、体况良好、健康无病的湖羊同胞3胎羔羊,随机分为3组,对照组、处理1组、处理2组羔羊分别补饲精料颗粒料、全价颗粒料(70%基础饲粮+30%苜蓿草粉)、全价益生菌颗粒料(70%基础饲粮+30%苜蓿草粉+0.1%益生菌)。结果表明:(1)各组羔羊干物质采食量(DMI)、平均净增重(ANG)、平均日增重(ADG)均无显著差异(P>0.05),处理1组效果较好。(2)处理2组尿素氮(UN)较对照组降低了21.10%,差异显著(P<0.05),其余两组差异不显著(P>0.05);处理1组和处理2组甘油三酯(TG)水平接近,均较对照组降低了54.35%,差异极显著(P<0.01);各组间其余生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合生长性能、血浆生化指标分析表明,对同胞3胎羔羊,补饲饲草纤维有利于血脂代谢,在此基础上添加益生菌对生长性能没有提升效果,但可提高血液蛋白质利用率。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of forage fiber and probiotics supplementation on growth performance and blood metabolism of Hu-sheep sibling multiple lambs.Eighteen litters of 54 Hu-sheep sibling 3 fetal lambs with the same genetic background,good body condition and no disease were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into 3 groups.Lambs in control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were supplemented with concentrate pellets,full-price pellets(70%basal diet+30%alfalfa meal)and full-price probiotic pellets(70%basal diet+30%alfalfa meal+0.1%probiotics),respectively.The results showed that:(1)There were no significant differences in dry matter intake(DMI),average net gain(ANG)and average daily gain(ADG)among all groups(P>0.05),the effect of treatment group 1 was better.(2)Compared with the control group,the urea nitrogen(UN)of treatment group 2 decreased by 21.10%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other two groups(P>0.05);The triglycerides(TG)levels of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were similar,which were 54.35%lower than that of the control group,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01);There were no significant differences in other biochemical parameters among the groups(P>0.05).Forage fiber supplementation could improve feed intake,daily gain,supplemental feeding efficiency,and lipid metabolism of sibling 3-fetus lambs.On this basis,probiotics could not further improve the growth performance of lambs,but could improve the utilization of blood protein.
