过瘤胃半胱胺和复合酶制剂对后备湖羊母羊生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

Effects of perrumen cysteamine and complex enzyme preparations on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of sheep ewes in reserve lakes

摘要 为研究过瘤胃半胱胺和复合酶制剂对后备湖羊母羊生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验选用2月龄、体重(19.00±0.86)kg、健康的湖羊75只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组(T1组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.16%过瘤胃半胱胺(T2组)、0.16%复合酶制剂(T3组)、0.16%过瘤胃半胱胺和0.16%复合酶制剂(T4组)。预试期7 d,正式期60 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,T2组和T4组的终末体重分别提高了15.35%和14.81%(P<0.01),T2组、T3组和T4组的平均日增重分别提高了30.97%、12.26%、27.74%(P<0.01),平均日采食量分别降低了4.33%、3.95%、3.10%(P<0.05),耗料增重比分别降低了26.98%、14.51%、24.22%(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,T2组、T3组和T4组的生长激素水平分别提高了12.01%、12.24%、11.85%(P<0.01),T3组和T4组的胰岛素生长样因子1水平分别提高了17.48%和21.37%(P<0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,T2组、T3组和T4组的丙二醛含量分别降低了30.15%、27.88%、29.39%(P<0.01),总抗氧化能力分别提高了5.00%、3.75%、3.75%(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了9.80%、8.96%、11.61%(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽氧化酶活性分别提高了36.33%、15.48%、20.64%(P<0.01)。(4)与对照组相比,T2组、T3组和T4组的总蛋白水平分别提高了5.81%、3.19%、4.97%(P<0.01),血糖水平分别提高了12.02%、12.32%、12.32%(P<0.01)。由此可见,在日粮中添加含0.16%过瘤胃半胱胺、0.16%复合酶制剂或二者联用均可以提高后备湖羊母羊的生长性能,并在一定程度上改善机体糖脂代谢,增强机体抗氧化能力和蛋白质合成,尤以添加0.16%过瘤胃半胱胺效果最好。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of rumen-passed cysteamine and compound enzyme preparations on the growth performance and blood biochemical indicators of back-up Hu sheep ewes.Seventy-five healthy Hu sheep,2 months old,weighing(19.00±0.86)kg,were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 3 repetitions in each group and 5 sheep in each repetition.The control group(T1 group)was fed the basal diet,and the experimental group was added with 0.16%rumen-passing cysteamine(T2 group),0.16%compound enzyme preparation(T3 group),0.16%rumen-passing cysteamine and 0.16%compound enzyme preparation(T4 group)in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 days,and the formal period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the final body weight of the T2 group and T4 group increased by 15.35%and 14.81%respectively(P<0.01),and the average daily weight gain of the T2 group,T3 group and T4 group increased by 30.97%,12.26%,27.74%respectively(P<0.01),the average daily feed intake decreased by 4.33%,3.95%,3.10%(P<0.05),and the weight gain ratio of feed consumption decreased by 26.98%,14.51%,24.22%respectively(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the levels of growth hormone in the T2 group,T3 group and T4 group increased by 12.01%,12.24%and 11.85%respectively(P<0.01),and the levels of insulin growth-like factor 1 in the T3 group and T4 group increased by 17.48%and 21.37%respectively(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the control group,the malondialdehyde content in the T2 group,T3 group and T4 group decreased by 30.15%,27.88%and 29.39%respectively(P<0.01),and the total antioxidant capacity increased by 5.00%,3.75%and 3.75%respectively(P<0.05),catalase activity increased by 9.80%,8.96%,11.61%(P<0.01),glutathione oxidase activity increased by 36.33%,15.48%,20.64%(P<0.01).(4)Compared with the control group,the total protein levels in the T2,T3 and T4 groups increased by 5.81%,3.19%and 4.97%(P<0.01),and the blood sugar levels increased by 12.02%,12.32%and 12.32%respectively(P<0.01).It could be seen that adding 0.16%rumen-passing cysteamine,0.16%compound enzyme preparation or a combination of the two in the diet could improve the growth performance of back-up Hu sheep ewes,and improve the body's glucose and lipid metabolism to a certain extent,enhance the body's antioxidant capacity and protein synthesis,especially adding 0.16%rumen-passing cysteamine had the best effect.
