胍基乙酸对嘉积鸭生长性能及血液抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究胍基乙酸对嘉积鸭生产性能、体尺性状和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取42日龄健康且体重相近的雌性嘉积鸭480只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。分别在基础日粮中添加0 mg/kg(GC组)、400mg/kg(GA400组)、600 mg/kg(GA600组)和800 mg/kg(GA800组)的胍基乙酸,其中GC组为对照组,其余组为试验组,饲喂周期21 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加不同水平的胍基乙酸对嘉积鸭的平均日增重和料重比有显著性影响(Linear和Quadratic,P<0.05),其中GA600组料重比最低,较对照组降低了8.40%,GA800组平均日增重最高,较对照组升高了17.26%;饲粮中添加不同水平的胍基乙酸对嘉积鸭的体斜长、半潜水长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围和髋骨宽无显著性影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加不同水平的胍基乙酸对嘉积鸭血清超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量有显著性影响(Linear和Quadratic,P<0.05),其中GA800组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性最高,较对照组升高了49.48%,且GA800组血清丙二醛含量最低,较对照组降低了38.23%。综上所述,在嘉积鸭基础日粮中添加600 mg/kg胍基乙酸,能够改善嘉积鸭的料重比;日粮中添加800 mg/kg胍基乙酸,能够增加嘉积鸭平均日增重及机体抗氧化能力。 This experiment aimed to study the effects of guanidinoacetic acid on the production performance,body size traits and antioxidant capacity of Jiaji duck.In the experiment,480 healthy females of similar weight at 42 days of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 replicates each.Guanidinoacetic acid of 0 mg/kg(GC group),400 mg/kg(GA400 group),600 mg/kg(GA600 group)and 800 mg/kg(GA800 group)were added to the basal diet,with GC group as the control group and the test group as the experimental group,with a feeding cycle of 21 days.The results showed that the addition of different levels of guanidinoacetic acid to the diet had a significant effect on the average daily gain and feed-to-weight ratio of Jiaji duck(Linear and Quadratic,P<0.05),among which the GA600 group had the lowest material weight ratio,which was 8.40%lower than that of the control group,and the average daily weight gain of GA800 group was the highest,which was 17.26%higher than that of the control group,and the addition of different levels of guanidinoacetic acid to the diet had no significant effect on the body oblique length,semi-diving length,keel length,chest depth,chest width,shin length,tibia circumference and hip bone width of Jiaji duck(P>0.05).The addition of different levels of guanidinoacetic acid to the diet had a significant effect on serum superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in Jiaji duck(Linear and Quadratic,P<0.05),among which the serum superoxide dismutase activity was the highest in the GA800 group,which was 49.48%higher than that in the control group,and the serum malondialdehyde content in the GA800 group was the lowest,which decreased by 38.23%compared with the control group.In summary,the addition of 600 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid to the basal diet could improve the material weight ratio of Jiaji duck.The addition of 800 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid to the diet could increase the average daily weight gain and antioxidant capacity of Jiaji duck.
