摘要
脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)是镰刀菌产生的最常见真菌毒素之一,在全球的饲料和饲料原料中检出率都很高。猪对DON非常敏感,其可引发猪拒食、呕吐和腹泻等。目前,DON解毒的方法包括物理法、化学法和生物法。生物解毒是目前防控饲料霉变最安全高效的方法。研究显示,不少细菌和真菌能在DON的生物解毒中发挥作用,微生物在肠道吸收之前就有能力吸收或降解DON。本文综述了DON的来源、结构、毒理及其生物解毒机制。
Deoxynivalenol(DON)is one of the most common mycotoxins produced by Fusarium,with a high detection rate in feed and feed ingredients worldwide.Pigs are very sensitive to DON,which can cause pig food refusal,vomiting and diarrhea.At present,the methods of DON detoxification include physical,chemical and biological methods.Biological detoxification is the safest and most efficient method to control feed mildew.Studies have shown that many bacteria and fungi can play a role in the biological detoxification of DON,and microorganisms have the ability to absorb or degrade DON before absorption in the gut.This article reviewed the origin,structure,toxicology and biological detoxification mechanism of DON.
