不同葵花粕用量对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

Dietary of effect of different sunflower meal on growth performance and slaughter yields in yellow-feathered broilers

为研究饲粮中不同葵花粕用量对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响,选择1日龄雌性黄羽肉鸡2240只,分为0%(对照组)、5%、10%、15%共四组,每组8个重复,每重复70只。保证各组的主要营养水平一致,试验共70 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中使用15%的葵花粕对黄羽肉鸡前50 d的日增重、日采食量、料肉比均未产生显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,15%葵花粕组51~70 d的日增重显著降低了8.8%(P<0.05),51~70 d和1~70 d的料肉比分别显著增加了11.5%、4.3%(P<0.05);5%、10%、15%葵花粕组的全净膛率分别显著降低了2.8%、2.3%、2.6%(P<0.05),腹脂率分别显著提高了31.2%、28.1%、33%(P<0.05);肌胃率分别显著增加了13.6%、14.8%、19.8%(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲粮中前中期使用15%的葵花粕,后期使用10%的葵花粕不会显著影响黄羽肉鸡的生产性能,但使用葵花粕会降低黄羽肉鸡的屠宰性能。

This experiment was to study the effects of different sunflower meal in diet on growth performance and slaughter yields in yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 22401-day-old female yellow-feathered broilers were selected and divided into 4 groups:0%(the control group),5%,10%,15%,with 8 replicates and 70 birds each replicate.Ensure that the same of the main nutrient levels in diets in each group,and the experiment lasted for 70 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)at the first 50 days were not significantly different(P>0.05)even 15%sunflower meal was used in diet.However,compared with the control group,ADG at 51~70 d in 15%sunflower meal group was significantly decreased by 8.8%(P<0.05),and the FCR at 51~70 d and 1~70 d were significantly increased by 11.5%,4.3%respectively(P<0.05),the eviscerated carcass weight rate in 5%,10%,15%sunflower meal group was significantly reduced by 2.8%,2.3%,2.6%respectively(P<0.05),while the abdominal fat rate was significantly increased by 31.2%,28.1%,33%respectively(P<0.05),and the gizzard rate was significantly increased by 13.6%,14.8%,19.8%respectively(P<0.05)in yellow-feathered broilers.Under this experimental conditions,the use of 15%sunflower meal at the starter and grower stages,and 10%sunflower meal at finisher stages in diet could not significantly affect the growth performance,however,sunflower meal could decrease the slaughter yields of yellow-feathered broilers.
