低碳经济背景下饲料产业助力乡村振兴战略的思考

Reflections on the strategy of feed industry assisting rural revitalization in the context of low carbon economy

饲料产业是农业农村经济的重要组成部分,能通过产业振兴的方式解决农村居民的就业和经济收入问题,所以成为落实乡村振兴战略的重要保障。但饲料产业容易出现能源消耗过多、产能不高、环境污染等问题,这些问题与低碳经济发展要求相悖。如果以牺牲乡村生态环境为代价换取一时的经济发展,无疑是竭泽而渔的行为。所以,饲料产业既要发挥好产业振兴的作用,又要以生态振兴作为基本前提,在降低能耗和污染物排放量的客观要求下实现经济发展与环境保护的双重目标,真正助力乡村振兴战略。

The feed industry is an important component of the agricultural and rural economy,which can solve the employment and economic income problems of rural residents through industrial revitalization,thus becoming an important guarantee for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.However,the feed industry is prone to problems such as excessive energy consumption,low production capacity,and environmental pollution,which contradict the requirements of low-carbon economic development.If we sacrifice the rural ecological environment for temporary economic development,it is undoubtedly an act of wholeheartedly fishing.Therefore,the feed industry should not only play a good role in industrial revitalization,but also take ecological revitalization as the basic premise.Under the objective requirements of reducing energy consumption and pollution emissions,it should achieve the dual goals of economic benefits and environmental protection,truly assisting the rural revitalization strategy.
