一株分离自牦牛乳中的副干酪乳杆菌ZZ102对溃疡性结肠炎的缓解作用研究

摘要 文章在探究乳酸菌对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导溃疡性结肠炎小鼠的缓解作用。以分离自牦牛乳中的11株乳酸菌进行体外黏附能力评价,筛选出黏附能力最强的副干酪乳杆菌ZZ102(Lactobacillus paracasei ZZ102)作为试验菌株,并进一步探究不同剂量的L.paracasei ZZ102对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠肠道炎症改善情况。结果表明,L.paracasei ZZ102表现出较强的体外黏附能力,与对照组相比,经DSS诱导后小鼠体重降低,脾脏指数升高、MPO活性增加,促炎因子含量增加,抗炎因子含量下降。经不同剂量的L.paracasei ZZ102干预后,可以有效缓解小鼠体重降低,脾脏指数升高、MPO活性增加的情况,同时可降低促炎因子含量,显著增加了抗炎因子含量,且呈现剂量依赖性。研究表明副干酪乳杆菌ZZ102对肠道炎症具有一定的缓解作用。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice.Firstly,11 strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from yak milk were evaluated for their adhesion ability in vitro,and Lactobacillus paracasei ZZ102 was selected as the test strain with the strongest adhesion ability.The effects of different doses of L.paracasei ZZ102 on intestinal inflammation in mice with ulcerative colitis were further explored.The results showed that L.paracasei ZZ102 showed strong adhesion ability in vitro.Compared with the control group,the weight of mice induced by DSS decreased,the spleen index increased,the activity of MPO increased,the content of proinflammatory factors increased,and the content of anti-inflammatory factors decreased.After different doses of L.paracasei ZZ102 intervention,it can effectively alleviate the weight loss,spleen index increase,MPO activity increase,and reduce the content of proinflammatory factors,significantly increase the content of anti-inflammatory factors in a dose-dependent manner.Therefore,the study showed that Lactobacillus paracasei ZZ102 has a certain alleviating effect on intestinal inflammation.
