基于TGAM的脑电波专注力训练系统设计

摘要 为满足专注力训练领域的需求,克服传统正念训练方法中存在的局限,以Arduino为核心,以TGAM的专注度和放松度为数据采集观测值,设计脑电波专注力训练系统。系统分专注力训练反馈和辅助正念两种模式。在专注力训练模式中,通过舒尔特方格游戏,LCD实时显示专注力数值,并且达到设定的专注力值之后,LED灯点亮。在正念模式中,通过电脑播放正念音乐,利用Arduino模块控制三色LED灯的状态,不同的专注状态时LED灯显示不同的颜色。使用VS2017开发了上位机,借助上位机完成舒尔特方格专注力训练和正念辅助音乐播放功能。测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定,使用方便,在专注力训练领域有较好应用前景。 To meet the needs of the field of focus training and overcome the limitations of traditional mindfulness training methods,a brain wave focus training system is designed with Arduino as the core and TGAM's focus and relaxation as the data collection observation values.The system is divided into two modes:focus training feedback and auxiliary mindfulness.In the focus training mode,through the Schulte grid game,the LCD displays the focus value in real time,and after reaching the set focus value,the LED light lights up.In mindfulness mode,play mindfulness music through the computer and use the Arduino module to control the status of the three color LED lights.The LED lights display different colors when in different focus states.Developed an upper computer using VS2017,with the help of the upper computer to complete Schultz grid focus training and mindfulness assisted music playback functions.The test results show that the system has stable performance,convenient use,and good application prospects in the field of focus training.
