薄基岩厚冲积层大采高工作面防砂防水煤岩柱留设实践

摘要 赵固二矿当前回采工作区域在煤层隐伏露头松散层下部砾石含水层及基岩风化带含水层下,其上覆巨厚松散含水层、薄基岩对回采工作面产生重大影响,直接关系到安全生产工作。本文对回采作业区域顶板基岩厚度及上覆含水层进行探测,通过运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件预测“两带”高度,根据《三下采煤规范》以及相关论文选择合理计算方式计算“两带”高度,二者结果高度吻合。根据探测数据、模拟与计算高度合理论证留设防隔水煤(岩)柱及限厚开采措施,实现一次采全高综采,对赵固二矿实现高产高效安全生产具有重要指导作用,对煤炭资源的开发利用有着重大意义。 The current mining working area of Zhaogu No.2 Mine is under the gravel aquifer and the bedrock weathering zone aquifer in the lower part of the hidden outcrop loose layer of the coal seam.The overlying thick loose aquifer and thin bedrock have a significant impact on the mining face,which is directly related to the safety production work.The thickness of the roof bedrock and the overlying aquifer in the mining operation area were detected.The height of the'two zones'was predicted by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software.According to the'three coal mining specifications'and related papers,a reasonable calculation method was selected to calculate the height of the'two zones'.The two results were highly consistent.According to the detection data,simulation and calculation,it was highly reasonable to demonstrate that the water-proof coal(rock)pillar and the thickness-limited mining measures were set to realize the full-height fully-mechanized mining at one time,which played an important guiding role in achieving high-yield,high-efficiency and safe production in Zhaogu No.2 Mine,and was of great significance to the development and utilization of coal resources.
