摘要
针对麻家梁煤矿4号煤层厚度大,留设大尺寸煤柱浪费大量煤炭资源的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,确定采用分层支护的方法支护巷道顶板,采用卸压支护的方法支护巷帮,将区段保护煤柱宽度缩小为8 m。通过在14502轨道巷进行现场试验,现场监测数据显示巷道整体变形量不大,且顶板并无明显离层现象,可满足现场的安全生产需求,节约了煤炭资源。
In view of the large thickness of No.4 coal seam in Majialiang Coal Mine and the waste of a large amount of coal resources by leaving large-size coal pillars,the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods are used to determine the method of layered support to support the roof of the roadway.The method of pressure relief support is used to support the roadway side,and the width of the section protection coal pillar is reduced to 8 m.Through the field test in 14502 track roadway,the field monitoring data show that the overall deformation of the roadway is not large,and there is no obvious separation phenomenon in the roof,which can meet the safety production needs of the site and save coal resources.
