焦家寨矿深井高地应力切顶护大巷关键技术研究

摘要 为解决焦家寨矿221采区巷道在采动影响下失稳破坏的问题,以该采区22116综放工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、工程类比、现场监测等手段进行切顶卸压护巷技术的研究和实践。研究结果表明,工作面适用爆破预裂切顶技术,爆破切顶位置设置在停采线后方20 m处较合理,此次切顶目标岩层为9.68 m的粗粒砂岩主关键层,切顶后轨道上山在采动影响下围岩变形量增幅很小,保护了采区巷道。 In order to solve the problem of instability and failure of roadway in 221 mining area of Jiaojiazhai Mine under the influence of mining,taking the 22116 fully mechanized caving face in the mining area as the engineering background,the research and practice of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway protection technology are carried out by means of theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and field monitoring.The research results show that the blasting pre-splitting roof cutting technology is suitable for the working face,and it is more reasonable to set the blasting roof cutting position at 20 m behind the stop line.The target rock stratum of this roof cutting is 9.68 m coarse-grained sandstone main key stratum.After the roof cutting,the deformation of the surrounding rock increases little under the influence of mining,which protects the roadway in the mining area.
