摘要
甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸工艺已经成为当前最成熟的生产技术,在醋酸产能总体过剩的市场行情下,降低生产成本将尤为重要。其中,三碘化铑催化剂占生产成本中较大一部分,分析了甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸中三碘化铑反应机理,并探索三碘化铑溶解率的影响因素,从而确定最优工艺参数。探索了一种三碘化铑溶解率提升的新工艺,操作简单,溶解率高,可节约醋酸生产装置开车时间,有效提升醋酸装置负荷提升速度,对醋酸生产技术的提升具有指导意义。
The low-pressure carbonylation synthesis of acetic acid from methanol has become the most mature production technology at present.In the market situation of overall excess acetic acid production capacity,reducing production costs will be particularly important.Among them,the rhodium triiodide catalyst accounts for a large part of the production cost.The reaction mechanism of rhodium triiodide in the low-pressure carbonylation synthesis of acetic acid from methanol was analyzes,and the factors affecting the dissolution rate of rhodium triiodide to determine the optimal process parameters were explored.A new process for improving the dissolution rate of rhodium triiodide was explored,which is simple to operate and has a high dissolution rate,which can greatly save the start-up time of the acetic acid production unit,the load lifting speed of the acetic acid plant has strong guiding significance for the improvement of acetic acid production technology was Effectively improving.
