摘要
用苯丙乳液对水性环氧树脂进行物理改性制备功能复合涂料。结果表明:苯丙乳液Tg为-10℃时,复合涂层柔韧性表现最佳但粘结强度偏低,复合涂层柔韧性及吸水率与苯丙乳液添加量均呈正相关,复合涂层吸水率与其粘结强度呈负相关,复合涂层浸水后粘结强度普遍降低。复合涂料中苯丙乳液用量>15份时,涂层粘结强度随苯丙乳液用量的增加而降低,复合涂料中苯丙乳液用量≤15份时,粘结强度测试结果均从混凝土板内部断裂。SEM分析发现,苯丙乳液可以增韧水性环氧树脂,与水性环氧树脂有较好的相容性。
In this paper,styrene acrylic lotion was used to physically modify waterborne epoxy resin and prepare functional composites.The research results indicate that when the Tg of styrene acrylic lotion is-10℃,the composite coating has the best flexibility but the bonding strength is relatively low.The flexibility and water absorption of the composite coating are positively correlated with the addition of styrene acrylic lotion,while the water absorption of the composite coating is negatively correlated with its bonding strength.The bonding strength of the composite coating generally decreases after immersion.When the mass fraction of styrene acrylic lotion in composite coatings more than 15%,the adhesive strength of the coating decreases significantly with the increase of the proportion of styrene acrylic lotion.When the mass fraction of styrene acrylic lotion in composite coatings≤15%,the bonding strength test experiment all breaks from the inside of the concrete slab.The SEM results showed that styrene acrylic resin can toughen waterborne epoxy resin and has good phase compatibility with waterborne epoxy resin.
