摘要
为探究热熔法对弹性体改性沥青防水卷材性能的影响,采用不同热熔处理的方式,对4种型号、16种配方的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的性能指标影响进行研究。结果表明,卷材欠烧和过烧均会导致其整体性能衰减;适度热熔改性沥青达到熔融状态时防水层防水效果最佳,卷材本体拉力、延伸率、耐热性、不透水性无明显变化,低温性能略有下降。
In order to explore the effect of hot melt method on the performance of elastomer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane,the effect of the performance index of elastomer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of 4 different models and 16 different formulations was studied by using different hot melt treatment methods.The results show that both under burning and over burning of the coil will lead to the attenuation of its overall performance.Moderate hot melt,that is,when the modified bitumen reaches the molten state,the waterproof layer has the best waterproof effect,and the tensile force,elongation,heat resistance and impermeability of the coil body do not change significantly,and the low temperature performance decreases slightly.
