摘要
采用原位聚合法工艺制备5%吡虫啉微囊悬浮剂。通过对配方中的囊材、引发剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂等筛选,确定最佳配方为吡虫啉5%、囊材三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂15%、分散剂2700 5%、黄原胶0.25%、硅酸镁铝2.0%、乙二醇4%、水补至100%。制备的微囊平均粒径为3~5μm,包封率在90%以上,粒径分布均匀、性能稳定的微囊悬浮剂,各项技术指标符合微囊悬浮剂的要求。
Imidacloprid 5%microcapsule suspension was prepared by in-situ polymerization process.By screening the capsule material,initiator,emulsifier,dispersant,and thickener,the optimal formula was determined:imidacloprid 5%,melamine formaldehyde resin 15%,dispersant 27005%,xanthan gum 0.25%,magnesium aluminum silicate 2.0%,ethylene glycol 4%,and water supplemented to 100%.A microcapsule suspension agent with an average particle size of3-4μm,a uniformly distributed encapsulation rate of over 90%,and stable performance can be prepared,and all indexs of the product met the requirements of microcapsule suspension.
