创新环保农药剂型——毒死蜱固体乳油的开发与应用

Development and application of chlorppyrifos solid EC:a new green pesticide formulation

通过优化组合法对不同助剂进行筛选试验,确定了40%毒死蜱固体乳油的优选配方:毒死蜱原油40%、505#+404#+1601#8%、聚乙烯醇0.9%、SD-819 3%、水溶性淀粉+苯甲酸钠(质量比4∶6)补至100%。该制剂冷储和热储稳定性较好,各项指标均符合标准。田间药效试验结果表明:40%毒死蜱固体乳油40 g/667 m2的剂量防治花生野蛞蝓,药后7、14 d的防效分别为83.7%和89.1%,与对照药剂相当。且制剂中不含有机溶剂,具有较高的经济效益和市场应用前景。

The optimum formulation of chlorpyrifos 40%solid EC was determined through the screening test of different additives by the optimum combination method:chlorpyrifos crude oil 40%,505~#+404~#+1601~#8%,polyvinyl alcohol 0.9%,SD-8193%,and water-soluble starch and sodium benzoate(4:6,m/m)remainder.The preparation has good cold and heat storage stability,and each target of the formulation meets the requirements.The field trial results showed that the control effect of chlorpyrifos 40%solid EC at 40 g/667m~(2)on peanut wild slug was similar to that of chlorpyrifos 40%EC.The control effects were 83.7%and 89.1%7 and 14 days after treatment,respectively.Without any organic solvent in the formulation makes the product had high economic benefits and better market development potential.
