摘要
建立了一种用高效液相色谱对37.5%噻虫嗪·氟虫腈悬浮剂中的有效成分同时测定的分析方法。使用DAD检测器、Eclipse Plus-C18不锈钢色谱柱,乙腈+水作为流动相,在280 nm波长下对试样中噻虫嗪和氟虫腈同时进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:噻虫嗪和氟虫腈线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 3,标准偏差分别为0.06、0.05;变异系数分别为0.36%、0.25%;平均回收率分别为99.94%、99.84%。该方法具有分离效果好、省时、简便、准确等特点,可以用于该产品生产过程的质量控制。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of active ingredients in thiamethoxam·fipronil 37.5%SC by high performance liquid chromatography with DAD was developed.The method used Eclipse Plus-C_(18)stainless steel column with the acetonitrile and water as mobile phase at 280 nm wavelength for simultaneous separation and quantitative analysis of thiamethoxam and fiproni in the sample.The results showed that the linear correlations for thiamethoxam and fipronil were 0.9994 and 0.9993,the standard deviations were 0.06 and 0.05,the coefficients of variation were 0.36%and0.25%,and the average recoveries were 99.94%and 99.84%,respectively,indicating that the mehod can be suitable for quality control of the product thiamethoxam·fipronil 37.5%SC.
