高职院校依托劳动教育提升航海类专业学生职业素养路径探究

Improving Professional Quality of Navigation Majors based on Labor Education

职业素养提升是培养高素质人才的根本,围绕思想政治、职业道德、专业技能、身心素质等基本职业素养,分析了航海类专业学生职业素养存在的问题。提出可以依托劳动教育,丰富航海工匠的教学内容、开展航海特色劳动、发挥教育隐性作用以及建立航海类专业学生职业素养培养反馈机制等路径,全面提升航海类专业学生职业素养,为航海事业提供专业人才。

Improving professional literacy is the fundamental way to cultivate high-quality talents.This article firstly analyzed the problems in the professional literacy of students majoring in navigation,focusing on basic professional qualities such as ideological and political consciousness,professional ethics,professional skills,and physical and mental qualities,etc.The article then discussed the methods for improving students’professional literacy based on labor education,such as cultivating maritime craftsmen spirit,carrying out characteristic labor activities,and establishing feedback mechanism,etc.
