摘要
某锰矿属于典型的深埋倾斜薄矿体,而倾斜薄矿体的安全高效回采一直属于业界难题。为解决矿山的安全生产与达产难题,分析了某大型深井锰矿的开采技术条件,总结现行采矿工艺的缺点,得出该矿山现有的“深、薄、破碎、倾斜”等四大不利于采矿的因素。结合现场情况及已有工程条件,对各类采矿方法进行对比分析,优选出小分段无底柱崩落法进行回采,并在现场成功应用。研究结果对类似大埋深的复杂倾斜薄矿体资源的安全经济高效回采提供了工程实践经验。
A manganese mine belongs to a typical deep-buried inclined thin orebody,and the safe and efficient mining of the inclined thin orebody has always been a difficult problem in the industry.In order to solve the problems of safe production and reaching production capacity in the mine,the mining technical conditions of a large deep well manganese mine were analyzed,and the shortcomings of the current mining process were summarized.The four major unfavorable factors for mining,namely"deep,thin,broken,and inclined",were identified.Based on the on-site situation and existing engineering conditions,various mining methods were compared and analyzed,and the non-pillar caving mining method with small sublevels was selected for mining,which was successfully applied on site.The research results provide engineering practical experience for the safe,economical,and efficient extraction of complex inclined thin ore bodies with similar large burial depths.
