Numerical Simulation Study Based on the Coupling of Spontaneous Combustion of Residual Coal and Gas Explosion

摘要 采空区遗煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸两者存在复杂的耦合关系,易连锁发生,影响煤矿安全生产。以乌海某矿1012工作面为研究背景,提出向采空区注N_2以减少事故的发生。为探究合理注氮方案,利用Fluent模拟分析不同注氮方案下采空区氧浓度与瓦斯浓度场的分布情况,并确定其各类危险区面积,随后使用隧道工程安全评价法确定其各自区域和不同注氮方案对应的危险程度,并使用Origin求出其耦合函数,据此确定最佳注氮方案是注氮量为379 m^(3)/h,注氮位置位于工作面58 m处,最终对该方案进行工程实测验证,防治效果良好,其研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。 There is a complex coupling relationship between spontaneous combustion of residual coal and gas explosion in goaf,which is easy to interlock and affect coal mine safety production.Taking 1012 working face of a mine in Wuhai as the research background,it is proposed to inject N2 into goaf to reduce the occurrence of accidents.In order to explore the reasonable nitrogen injection schemes,FLUENT simulation technology was used to analyze the distribution of oxygen concentration and gas concentration fields in goaf under different nitrogen injection schemes,and the various dangerous areas were determined.Then,the safety evaluation method of tunnel engineering was used to determine the corresponding danger degree of their respective regions and different nitrogen injection schemes,and the coupling function was obtained by Origin.According to its function,the best nitrogen injection scheme is that the nitrogen injection amount is 379 m^(3)/h,and the nitrogen injection position is located at 58 m of the working face.Finally,the scheme was verified by engineering measurement and the control effect was good.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
