固结-固化技术在高含水率铜尾矿泥浆处置中的应用及经济性研究

Application of Consolidation-Solidification Technology in the Disposal of Copper Tailings with High Water Content and its Economic Research

摘要 针对湖北某铜矿尾矿库闭库过程中库尾高含水率尾矿处置的难题,提出了真空排水固结联合固化的处理技术。采用研制的模型试验装置开展了真空压力作用下水泥固化尾矿泥水分离试验。结果表明,真空荷载有效提高了水泥固化尾矿的泥水分离过程,能够降低土体的含水率,大幅减小尾矿的体积。尾矿经处理后其密实度提高,同时颗粒间的摩擦强度也增大,水化产物增强了尾矿颗粒间的骨架强度,进一步提高了水泥固化尾矿的抗压强度。经济性对比分析结果表明,不同技术工艺闭库的经济性存在明显差异,采用固结-固化技术可大幅降低闭库成本,该技术可用于高含水率尾矿泥浆的减容和处置利用。 Combined with the disposal problem of tailings with high water content during the closure of a copper mine tailings reservoir in Hubei,a treatment technology using drainage consolidation combined with solidification was proposed.The mud-water separation test of cement solidified tailings under vacuum pressure was carried out by using the developed model test device.The results indicate that vacuum loading effectively improves the mud-water separation process of cement solidified tailings,reduces the water content of the soil,and significantly reduces the volume of tailings.After treatment,the density of tailings is increased,while the friction strength between particles is also increased.The hydration products can enhance the skeleton strength among tailings particles,further improving the compressive strength of cement solidified tailings.The economic comparison analysis results show that there are significant differences in the economic efficiency of different technology processes for reservoir closure.The use of consolidation-solidification technology can significantly reduce the cost of tailings reservoir closure and can be effectively applied to the reduction and disposal of tailings slurry with high water content.
