摘要
针对橡胶材料无法同时兼具高强度和低密度性能的问题,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了一种单口中空结构的聚苯乙烯微球,将该聚苯乙烯微球作为填料补强丁苯橡胶。通过研究聚苯乙烯微球用量和混炼工艺对复合材料性能的影响,发现通过调控单口中空聚苯乙烯微球用量以及配合混炼工艺优化,可以使胶料性能获得极大提升,即在保持较低密度的同时可获得良好的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度、硬度、压缩永久变形等性能。同时对其橡胶补强的机理进行了系统研究。
To achieve high strength and low density simultaneously,here,a novel single hollow polystyrene microsphere working as filler in rubber was prepared via seed emulsion polymerization strategy.The effects of the amounts of polystyrene microspheres and the mixing process on the properties of composite materials were studied.The results showed that compound can exhibits excellent tensile strength,300%modulus,tearing strength,hardness,compression set and other properties while maintaining low density by adjusting the amount of single hollow polystyrene microspheres and optimizing the mixing process.Particularly,the reinforcing mechanism of single hollow polystyrene microsphere on rubber was systematically studied.
