摘要
汞离子(Hg^(2+))是一种具有生物放大能力的危险金属,对生物和人类健康构成严重威胁。因此,设计能够检测生物和环境系统中Hg2+的传感器是非常有必要的。综述了近年来应用于汞离子检测的几种传感器,其中包括电化学传感器、基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)的传感器、比色传感器、荧光传感器。阐述了各种方法的优缺点,并对今后汞离子检测的发展方向进行了展望和预测。
Mercury ion(Hg^(2+))is a kind of dangerous metal with biological amplification ability,which poses a serious threat to biological and human health.Therefore,it is necessary to design sensors that can detect Hg2+in biological and environmental systems.Several sensors for mercury ion detection in recent years were reviewed,including electrochemical sensor,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensor,colorimetric sensor and fluorescence sensor.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are described,and the future development direction of mercury ion detection is forecasted.
