摘要
对30种口含烟中pH值、含水率、总烟碱、游离烟碱、甜味剂的含量进行了研究统计,结果发现:1)pH值的范围为3.79~10.33;2)含水率在2.58%~49.57%,并探索了卡尔费休法和烘箱法对测试结果的影响,发现两种方法在检测湿含烟时无显著差异(P>0.05),而对干含烟则有显著差异(P<0.05);3)建立气相色谱法,检测口含烟中总烟碱含量回收率在95.00%~105.33%,口含烟中烟碱含量在2.77~20.52 mg/g,游离烟碱含量在0.26~20.32 mg/g;4)甜味剂安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、糖精钠、爱德万甜和纽甜的检出率分别为73%,0,10%,17%,20%。该方法简便可靠,适用于口含烟中上述5个理化参数的检测,以期为口含烟产品研发、检测方法开发、质量标准制定等提供依据。
Test method for pH,moisture content,total nicotine,free nicotine and sweetener in 30 types of snus were established.The results were as follows:1)the range of pH was 3.79~10.33.2)The moisture content is between 2.58%and 49.57%,and the influence of Karl Fischer method and oven method on the test results is explored.It is found that there is no significant difference between the two methods when detecting moist snuff(P>0.05),but there is a significant difference for dry snuff(P<0.05).3)A gas chromatography method was established to detect the recovery rate of total nicotine content in snus from 95.00%to 105.33%,the content of nicotine in snus from 2.77 mg/g to 20.52 mg/g,and the content of free nicotine from 0.26 mg/g to 20.32 mg/g.4)The detection rates of sweeteners acesulfame,aspartame,saccharin sodium,advantame and neotame were 73%,0,10%,17%and 20%respectively.This method is simple and reliable,and is applicable to the detection of the above five physical and chemical parameters in snus,with a view to providing a basis for the development of products containing snus,the development of detection methods,and the formulation of quality standards.
