摘要
零散气井由于地理位置特殊,采出的天然气在选择处理工艺时,需要根据周围管网要求、下游用户产品质量要求及现场实际条件进行优化选择。本文针对某单井采出气组分和下游用户对外输气和产品的质量要求,提出了丙烷辅助制冷至-25℃、丙烷辅助制冷至-35℃以及丙烷辅助制冷+膨胀机制冷三种处理工艺。根据三种天然气处理工艺建立了相应的工艺计算模型。通过对三种处理工艺中产品收率、能耗、设备成本进行对比,为单井采出气处理工艺设计提供新的思路。
Due to the special geographical location of scattered gas wells,the selection of treatment technology of produced natural gas should be optimized according to the requirements of surrounding pipe network,product quality requirements of downstream users and actual site conditions.In this paper,according to the quality requirements of the gas produced in a single well and the external gas delivery and products of downstream users,three treatment processes of propane assisted refrigeration to-25℃,propane assisted refrigeration to-35℃and propane assisted refrigeration+expansion mechanism cooling are proposed.According to three kinds of natural gas processing technology,the corresponding process calculation model is established.Through the comparison of product yield,energy consumption and equipment cost in the three treatment processes,a new idea is provided for the design of single well produced gas treatment process.
