摘要
安乃近生产过程中需要一种基于“氨法脱硫”原理生产的还原剂,且对还原剂组成精度要求较高。国内外现有的氨法脱硫多为半间歇操作,研究更加关注于脱硫效率,并不关注最后吸收液中的产物组成,这使得以吸收液为生产原料的企业面临很多生产问题。使用Matlab作为仿真平台,以“双膜理论”和其他学者的研究作为依据,将化学反应过程进行建模与仿真,仿真后的结果与其他数据结果相差不大,可以作为日后放大实验的依据,同时给其他使用Matalb作为平台的氨法脱硫建模提供参考。
The process of Metamizole Sodium production need a reduction based on“ammonia flue gas desulphurization”with high requirement for composition.The ammonia desulphurization are mostly semi-batch operation and pay attention on the desulphurization efficiency rather than the composition of the absorption solution at home and abroad,which take more production problems for enterprise who use the absorption solution as the raw material.Two-film theory and other scholars theory are used to make the modeled and simulated for chemical reaction on Matlab simulation platform.The result is not different from others and the new modeling method can provide reference for other ammonia desulfurization modeling on Matlab.
