摘要
产业园区规划环境影响评价在促进区域生态环境质量改善、优化产业发展等方面发挥了积极作用。以化工园区为例,结合新发布的《规划环境影响评价技术导则—产业园区》(HJ 131—2021),探讨化工园区规划环评中的重点内容。
Environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning(PEIA)plays an active role in improving regional ecological environment quality and optimizing industrial development.The key contents of the PEIA were discusses in this paper combined with the newly released Technical Guidelines of PEIA for Industrial Park(HJ 131—2021)by taking the chemical industry park as an example.
