河北省张北地区土壤-莜麦中微量元素富集与迁移特征研究

摘要 为探讨河北省张北地区土壤和莜麦中微量元素富集及迁移特征,特选择17个适宜采样点进行表层土壤和莜麦籽实样品的采集,测试后得到研究区土壤和莜麦中Mn、Sr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se的含量,并通过富集系数对微量元素从土壤向莜麦迁移能力进行研究。结果显示:研究区微量元素在土壤-莜麦的迁移能力为Zn>Se>Cu>Ni>Mn>Sr;其中,莜麦耕地表层土壤Mn、Sr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se含量较低,养分等级多处于缺乏-稍缺乏等级;莜麦中Mn、Cu、Zn、Se等微量元素含量较高,而Cu与Zn含量则略低。 In order to explore the enrichment and transfer of microelement in soil and naked oats in Zhangbei area,Hebei Province,17 suitable sampling sites were selected to collect surface soil and naked oats seed samples.After testing,the contents of Mn,Sr,Ni,Cu,Zn and Se in soil and naked oats in the study area were obtained.The transfer ability of microelement from soil to naked oats was studied through enrichment coefficients.The results showed that the transfer ability of microelement from soil to naked oats in the study area was Zn>Se>Cu>Ni>Mn>Sr.Among them,the content of Mn,Sr,Ni,Cu,Zn and Se in the surface soil is relatively low,and the nutrient level is mostly in the deficient to slightly deficient level.The content of microelement such as Mn,Cu,Zn,Se in naked oats is higher,while the content of Cu and Zn is slightly lower.
