摘要 金属锰被广泛应用于化工、钢铁、有色金属、电子、航天、农业等重要领域,是国民经济重要的工业原料及战略资源。伴随着国内工业的发展,各行各业对金属锰的需求也随之增大,随之带来的是电解锰渣对生态环境的危害问题,利用什么工艺技术处理电解锰渣并将其资源化综合利用,采用何种工程化的处理设备可以低成本对电解锰渣进行处理,成为电解锰渣行业当前发展的最大问题。本文基于当下电解锰渣无害化处理及资源化综合利用的一种方法进行工程化设备的设计及优化,为开发电解锰渣无害化处理及资源化综合利用的工程化研究提供参考。 Manganese is widely used in chemical industry,steel,non-ferrous metals,electronics,aerospace,agriculture and other important industrial fields,and is an important industrial raw material and strategic resource of the national economy.With the development of domestic industry,the demand for metal manganese from all walks of life also increases,which brings with it the harm of electrolytic manganese slag to the ecological environment.What process technology can be used to treat electrolytic manganese slag and make comprehensive utilization of its resources,and what engineering treatment equipment can be used to treat electrolytic manganese slag at low cost have become the biggest problem in the development of electrolytic manganese slag industry.This paper designs and optimizes engineering equipment based on a method of harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization of resources of electrolytic manganese slag,which provides reference for the development of engineering research of harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization of resources of electrolytic manganese slag.
