Investigation and analysis of the current situation of medical college students labor literacy

摘要 目的调查了解医药院校学生的劳动素养现状,分析其主要问题所在,为医药院校进一步提高学生劳动素养提供对策。方法采用随机抽样方法,选择广东省5所医药院校486名学生进行问卷调查与访谈,实际参与本研究的有468名学生。采用SPSS 25.0软件对相关数据进行统计学处理。结果采用5级计分法,广东省5所医药院校学生的劳动素养总体评分为3.84分;劳动价值观、劳动知识、劳动技能、劳动创新、劳动习惯与品质5个观察维度的评分分别为3.91分、3.88分、3.88分、3.86分和3.67分;其中,劳动创新和劳动习惯与品质2个观察维度评分相对较低。5个观察维度分别在性别、年级、专业等某一个或多个人口学变量上的评分差异具有统计学意义。结论广东省5所医药院校学生的劳动素养相对较高,但其各个观察维度之间的发展不平衡。劳动素养培养需要全社会共同关注,要摆正创造性劳动和体力性劳动的关系,劳动教育应当与创新能力培养有机结合,并渗透到医学人才培养全过程。 Objective To understand the current situation of medical college students labor literacy and analyze its main problems,so as to provide relevant basis and feasible countermeasures for medical colleges to improve students labor literacy.Methods A questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among 486 medical college students by random sampling in five medical colleges in Guangdong,and there were 468 students actually participating in this study.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Each item was scored with 5 grades,the average score of labor literacy of the students in five medical colleges in Guangdong was 3.84,and the average scores of labor values,labor knowledge,labor skills,labor innovation,labor habits and quality were 3.91,3.88,3.88,3.86 and 3.67 respectively.The scores of labor innovation,labor habits and quality were relatively low.The average scores of the five observation dimensions had statistical significance in one or more demographic variables such as gender,grade,major,etc.Conclusions The level of labor literacy of the students in five medical colleges in Guangdong is good,but the development of various dimensions of labor literacy is unbalanced.Whole society should pay attention to the cultivation of labor literacy,and should correct the relationship between creative labor and physical labor.Labor education should be organically combined with the cultivation of innovation ability,and penetrate into the whole process of medical talent training.
