市(州)开放大学农民大学生培养若干问题探索——以娄底开放大学为例

实施乡村振兴的关键在人才振兴。优化市(州)开放大学农民大学生培养机制是解决乡村人才振兴的有效途径。以娄底开放大学为例,对开放大学来培养高素质的农民大学生队伍以助推国家乡村振兴战略高质量发展进行探索。分析培养过程中所遇到的农村劳动力资源外流、农民大学生培养规模偏小、开放大学师资结构不合理等问题,提出聚力产教融合,打造人才回流聚集高地;聚力多元服务,打造农民科教创新高地;聚力为农而教,打造优质师资智力高地的对策建议。

The key to the implementation of rural revitalization is the revitalization of talents.It is an effective way to solve the problem of developing rural talents by optimizing the training mechanism of peasant college students in the city(state)Open University.Taking Loudi Open University as an example,this paper explores how to train high-quality peasant college students to promote the high-quality development of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper analyzes the problems such as the outflow of rural labor resources,the small-scale cultivation of peasant college students,and the unreasonable structure of teachers in open universities.Countermeasures are put forward such as integrating production and education for the return of talents,agglomerating diversified services for the scientific innovation of peasants,and educating for agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents.
