基于仿真技术的服装产品开发流程优化策略研究

摘要 针对缩短产品开发流程和准时交货等时效问题,通过实地调研S品牌企业,对其产品开发流程进行建模,并建立了优化KPI的仿真平台;把产品开发流程的资源投入比例按增加投入和减少投入,分别进行仿真实验;结合局部灵敏度分析,得到影响产品开发流程时效的7个主要变量;使用McKinsey矩阵对仿真实验数据进行系统分类和定量分析,解析S品牌产品开发流程的特点,为优化产品开发流程和选择优化策略提供参考。 In response to the issues of shortening cycle time and guaranteeing on-time delivery,through on-site research of S brand enterprise,a simulation model of product development process is constructed and a simulation experiment platform is built to optimize time performance.Simulation experiments are conducted on the proportion of resource investment in the product development process,by increasing investment and reducing investment.Through local sensitivity analysis,seven key variables of time bottlenecks are identified.Using McKinsey matrix to systematically classify and quantitatively analyze simulation experimental data,the characteristics of S brand product development process is discussed,and references are provided for optimizing product development process and selecting optimization strategies.
