摘要
为应对用户流失和用户ARPU值下滑,广东广电中山分公司实施以CMMS智慧支撑的网格化3.0管理改革,以信息化赋能网格运营,通过网格“小运营”支撑公司“大经营”,实现“保拓增收”的目标。对网格化3.0的理解、CMMS在网格化3.0中的定位以及CMMS建模设计、创新功能开发、落地探索的突破和实施效果等方面的进行梳理剖析。
In order to cope with the subscriber loss and the decline of subscriber ARPU value,Guangdong Radio Television Zhongshan Branch implemented the grid 3.0 management reform supported by CMMS intelligence,empowering the grid operation with informatization,and supporting the company's “big operation” through the “small operation” of the grid to achieve the goal of “protecting,expanding and increasing revenues”.To achieve the goal of “maintaining expansion and increasing revenue”.The company will analyze the understanding of Grid 3.0,the positioning of CMMS in Grid 3.0,as well as the breakthroughs and implementation effects of CMMS modeling design,function development,landing exploration,etc.The company will also analyze the implementation effects of CMMS modeling design,function development,landing exploration,and so on.
