保证域模型视角下的“双高”院校办学效率研究——基于18所财经商贸类“双高”院校的数据

Research on Running Efficiency of"Double⁃High Plan"Colleges from the Perspective of DEA⁃AR Model--Based on the Data of 18 Finance and Business"Double⁃High Plan"Colleges

为了解“双高”院校在过去三年间的办学效率情况,掌握财经类专业群的发展优势和建设短板,为其他院校提供切实可行的发展路径,使用基于保证域的DEA模型对18所财经商贸类“双高”院校进行办学效率评估,并结合线性回归模型分析影响“双高”院校办学效率的因素。案例研究表明,与传统DEA模型相比,保证域模型调整了指标权重上下界,使得权重设置贴合国家相关要求,能够较为合理地对院校办学效率进行排名,而投入、产出指标中产学研成果对办学效率呈显著正相关,资金投入则与办学效率呈显著负相关。因此教育行政主管部门应加强对投入资源的管理,同时合理引导成果产出方向,指导学校与企业共建产教融合育人平台,营造更加优良的高职教育环境。

To gain insight into the running efficiency of"Double⁃high Plan"colleges over the past three years,find the developmental strengths and constructional weaknesses present within professional groups,offer practical developmental pathways for other academic institutions,a DEA model based on guarantee domain was used to evaluate the efficiency of 18"Double⁃High Plan"universities and colleges in finance and commerce,and a linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of"Double⁃High Plan"universities and colleges.Case studies have shown that,compared to traditional DEA models,the guarantee domain model adjusts the upper and lower bounds of indicator weights,making the weight settings in line with relevant national requirements and able to rank the efficiency of universities more reasonably.The input and output indicators show a significant positive correlation with academic research results and efficiency,while the investment in funds has a significant negative correlation with efficiency.Therefore,the education administration department should strengthen the management of input resources,reasonably guide the direction of output results,guide schools and enterprises to jointly build a platform for integrating industry and education,and create a better higher vocational education environment.
