摘要 专业群建设是我国高职教育优化专业结构、整合教育资源、推动专业升级的重要选择。高职教育健康发展离不开对专业群建设进行科学合理的评价,现有对高职专业群建设评价体系的研究与应用相对缺乏,存在评价体系停留在理论层面、评价体系建设标准缺失以及评价指标缺乏适切性等问题。由此,需要立足于教育部提出的高职院校专业群建设目标,结合全面、系统、科学、定量与定性在内的多个评价原则,基于层次分析法构建高职专业群评价体系,通过对专业群建设过程中所包含的各方面进行分层,保证评价体系的科学化、规范化、合理化,并从应用现代信息技术为专业群评价赋能、构建多元评价格局以及增强评价指标适切性等方面提出提升高职院校专业群建设评价体系应用成效的相关建议,以期实现以评促建,推动职业教育高质量发展。 The construction of specialty clusters is an important choice for optimizing the specialty structure,integrating educational resources,and promoting specialty upgrading in higher vocational education in China.The healthy development of vocational education cannot be separated from the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the construction of specialty clusters.There is a relative lack of research and application on the evaluation system for the construction of vocational specialty clusters,with problems such as the evaluation system staying at the theoretical level,the lack of evaluation system construction standards,and the lack of appropriateness of rating indicators.Therefore,it is necessary to build an evaluation system for vocational colleges'specialty clusters based on the goals proposed by the Ministry of Education,combined with multiple evaluation principles including comprehensive,systematic,scientific,quantitative,and qualitative analysis based on analytic hierarchy process.By layering the various aspects involved in the construction of specialty clusters,scientificity,standardization,and rationalization of the evaluation system are ensured.In addition,relevant suggestions are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the evaluation system for specialty cluster construction in vocational colleges from the perspectives of empowering specialty cluster evaluation with modern information technology,constructing a diversified evaluation pattern,and enhancing the appropriateness of evaluation indicators,in order to achieve the goal of promoting high⁃quality development of vocational education through evaluation.
