基于西门子PLC的盾构机定时锁机功能设计

Design of Timing Lock Function of Shield Machine Based on Siemens PLC

为了保障盾构机设备所有方的利益,同时又避免后期人员的长期投入,根据目前盾构机常用的PLC控制系统,设计基于西门子PLC的盾构机定时锁机功能及基于C#编程的上位机输入及显示功能。介绍了西门子PLC程序的实现过程和上位机的设计过程,以期实现盾构机的定时锁机及到时提醒、授权解锁功能。

In order to protect the interests of shield machine owners and avoid posterior long-term cost of maintenance personnel,with respect to the PLC control system commonly used in shield machine at present,a timing lock control function and the C#programming-based input and display function of the upper computer are designed.This paper describes the implementation process of Siemens PLC program and the design process of upper computer,so as to realize the timing lock of shield machine and the function of prompt and authorization unlock.
