摘要
制氢电源作为制氢产业链的关键设备,其品质的优劣尤为重要。所设计的制氢电源采用电流源型整流器的模块化设计,其应用的调制技术为载波移相的SPWM技术。根据三相调制波与零值相比较的结果对一个工频周期进行分扇区处理,并在不同的区域内通过SPWM调制输出的触发脉冲控制电源子模块功率器件的开关状态,从而输出符合制氢装置技术要求的直流电压及电流,同时整流器交流电压电流满足电网总谐波畸变率的要求。
As the key equipment of hydrogen production industry chain,the quality of power supply is particularly important.The power supply designed in this paper adopts the modular design of current source rectifier and the modulation technique of carrier phase-shifted SPWM(CPS-SPWM).A power frequency cycle is divided into sectors according to the result of comparison between three-phase modulation wave and zero value.In different sectors,the trigger pulse modulated by CPS-SPWM is used to control the switching devices in the sub-module of current source rectifier,therefore realizing the output of DC voltage and current that meets the technical requirements of hydrogen generation device.Moreover,the AC voltage and current of the rectifier meets the requirements of the total harmonic distortion rate of power grid.
