电力通信机柜温度自适应控制装置的研究与设计

摘要 目前传统的电力通信机柜主要通过机柜内小型风扇连续工频运行散热的方式来实现温度控制,效果较差,且风扇长时间连续运行,容易发生故障和损坏,柜内温度控制方式不能时刻响应柜内温度的变化,既不合理,又不节能环保,并影响当前电力通信设备的性能和寿命。为了解决这些问题,研究了电力通信机柜自适应装置。该装置能够实时对机柜内部温度进行调控,可有效解决传统方式温度控制不合理、不节能和效果差等问题,同时能减少电力通信机柜内温度控制不当造成的通信异常。 At present,the temperature control of traditional electric power communication cabinet mainly relies on heat dissipation via the continuous power frequency operation of small fans in the cabinet.Apart from inefficiency,this control mechanism is inferior in reliability and rationality,as the long-term continuous operation makes the fans prone to failure and damage,and the operating control mode cannot be adjusted in response to the temperature change in the cabinet.These shortcomings consequently lead to low energy efficiency,low environmental friendliness,and negative influences on the performance and service life of current electric power communication equipment.Aiming at the corresponding solutions,this paper studies an adaptive device for power communication cabinet,which can realize real-time control of the internal temperature in the cabinet,effectively overcome the aforementioned disadvantageous of traditional temperature control method,and reduce communication anomalies caused by improper temperature control in the power communication cabinet.
