摘要
针对电力企业员工人数较多,导致培训效果自动评估效果较差的问题,提出了基于模糊层次分析法的电力企业员工培训效果多级别自动评估模型。首先利用模糊数学原理,结合培训工作实际情况,自动挖掘电力企业员工培训效果指标,并利用层次分析法计算评估指标的权重值,利用柯氏四层评估模型划分评估体系一级指标,为不同的评估指标自动选择合适的评估方法,构建了多级别自动评估模型。实验结果表明,构建的自动评估模型提高了模型的拟合程度,优化了自动化评估效果。
Aiming at the problem of unsatisfactory outcome of automatic evaluation of training effect due to the large number of employees in power energy enterprises,a multi-level automatic evaluation model used for assessing staff training effect in power energy enterprises and based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Firstly,using the principle of fuzzy mathematics and combined with the actual situation of training,the training effect indicators of employees in power and energy enterprises are automatically mined.The weight value of evaluation indicators is then calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the first-class indicators of evaluation system are divided by Coriolis four-tier evaluation.Moreover,the appropriate evaluation methods are automatically selected for different evaluation indicators,and a multi-level automatic evaluation model is constructed.The experimental results show that the automatic evaluation model improves the fitting degree of the model,and optimizes the effect of automatic evaluation.
