Basic Experience in the Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teaching Team in Universities in Guizhou Since the Founding of the PRC

新中国成立以来,贵州高校在党中央和贵州省委的坚强领导下,认真贯彻落实党中央和省委有关思想政治理论课和思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的相关文件精神,全省高校在思想政治理论课教师队伍建设方面积累了许多宝贵经验。一是充分认识高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性,二是注重全省高校思想政治理论课教师数量与提高教师质量相统一,三是坚持提升思想政治理论课教师的教学与科研能力相统一,四是坚持高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设与改进思想政治理论课相统一,五是积极推进全省大中小学思想政治理论课教师队伍一体化建设。这些经验为新时代加强和改进高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提供了参考和借鉴。

Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Guizhou Provincial Committee,the universities in Guizhou have conscientiously implemented the documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Committee on the development of ideological and political theory courses and teaching team since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Many valuable experience has been gained in terms of the construction of the teaching team in universities。First of all,to fully recognize the importance and urgency of the construction of ideological and political theory teaching team;Secondly to emphasize the unity of the number and quality of teachers for ideological and political theory courses;Thirdly to improve the teaching and scientific research ability;And then,to integrate the construction of ideological and political theory teaching team with the courses,Finally,to promote actively the integration of ideological and political theory teaching team in universities,secondary and primary schools in the whole province.The experience provides reference for strengthening and improving the construction of ideological and political theory teaching team in universities in the new era.
