摘要
对不同热处理工艺的轧制态AZ80D镁合金疲劳后试样进行显微组织观察和疲劳断口扫描,分析发现,轧制状态AZ80D镁合金晶粒大小很不均匀。经过固溶处理的AZ80D镁合金,晶粒长大现象非常明显,晶粒大小相对均匀。不同热处理状态的AZ80D镁合金疲劳后,都出现了孪晶变形现象,可为以后提高AZ80D镁合金的疲劳性能提供更多的参考数据。
By observing the microstructure,scanning and analyzing the fatigue fracture surface of rolled AZ80D magnesium alloy samples after fatigue using different heat treatment processes,it is found that the grain size of rolled AZ80D magnesium alloy is very uneven.After solution treatment,the grain growth phenomenon of AZ80D magnesium alloy is unusual,and the grain size is relatively uniform.After fatigue,AZ80D magnesium alloy under different heat treatment conditions all exhibit twin deformation,to provide more reference data for improving the fatigue properties of AZ80D magnesium alloy in the later stage.
