通过一个典型案例研究脱锌的机理,分析了电机端盖不同位置下的表面冲压形貌,同时也提出了相应的解决方案。通过改善措施的执行,可以减轻或解决脱锌问题的发生,在客户使用的过程中减少工时及成本浪费。

Through a typical case study on the mechanism of dezincification,the surface stamping morphology of the motor end cover at different positions was analyzed,and corresponding solutions were also proposed.By implementing improvement measures,the occurrence of dezincification problems can be alleviated or solved,and the working hours and cost waste can be reduced during customer use.
