热基镀锌工艺中表面锌花成因及锌花大小控制研究

摘要 介绍了连续式热基镀锌生产工艺中产品表面锌花的成因,针对影响锌花大小的因素进行分析研究,提出了控制锌花大小的方法,通过优化工艺控制,精准控制产品表面的锌花大小,以满足客户对热基镀锌板多元化的使用需求。 In this paper,the cause of zinc blossom on product surface and the factors affecting the size of zinc blossom in continuous hot-base galvanizing are introduced.The factors that affect the size of zinc flakes are analyzed and studied,and methods to control the size of zinc flakes are proposed.By optimizing process control,the size of zinc flakes on the surface of the product is accurately controlled to meet the diversified usage needs of customers for hot-dip galvanized sheet.
