提高窄搭接焊机焊接高强钢稳定性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用窄搭接焊机焊接1 500 MPa级热成型钢时,因碳当量较大,焊缝处容易发生脆断问题。通过对焊缝进行金相检测及电镜观测,分析焊缝缺陷,并相应地调整焊接参数,从而得到良好的焊接质量。在对厚规格980 MPa级双相钢进行自身焊接时,焊缝会偶发开裂问题,使得产线无法实现稳定运行,通过采用碳当量较低的普材跟厚规格980 MPa级双相钢交替焊接,焊接质量良好。通过总结这两种高强钢的焊接经验,举一反三,将其应用到其他高强钢种的焊接上,提高了窄搭接焊机焊接高强钢的稳定性,避免了带钢因焊缝焊接质量差而发生断带的风险,从而保障了高强钢的稳定生产。 Using the narrow lap welding machine to weld the 1500 MPa grade hot formed steel,due to the high carbon equivalent,the weld seam is prone to brittle fracture.Through the metallographic examination and the electron microscopy observation,the weld defects are analyzed,and the welding parameters are adjusted,so the good welding quality is obtained.When welding thick specification 980 MPa grade dual phase steel,the weld seam may occasionally crack,and the production line cannot operate stably.By using ordinary materials with lower carbon equivalent to weld with thick specification 980 MPa grade dual phase steel alternating,the welding quality is good.Through the welding experience of these two high-strength steels,this paper applies it to other high-strength steel grades,and the stability of narrow lap welding machine for welding high-strength steel is improved.The risk of strip steel breaking due to poor welding quality of the weld seam is avoided.These measures ensure the stable production of high-strength steel.
