摘要
汽轮机调节阀阀芯是汽轮机机组的调节阀中的重要功能部件之一,该部件主要是利用调节阀调节阀芯的运行来改变阀瓣和阀座之间的流通面积,从而实现对流体介质参数的调节。以2Cr12Ni Mo1W1V阀芯锻件为研究对象,对其冶炼方式进行优化,同时对它的化学合金元素成分进行优化配比,选择合理的热成型方式、采取恰当的奥氏体温度和回火温度对锻件进行性能热处理。通过对锻件产品力学性能检测、锻件热处理后的微观组织进行观察得出,该工艺制造出的阀芯锻件性能良好,提高了调节阀阀芯产品的使用性能。
The valve core of the steam turbine control valve is one of the important functional components of the control valve of the steam turbine unit.This component mainly changes the flow area between the valve disc and the valve seat through the operation of the valve core through the function of the control valve,so as to realize the adjustment of the fluid medium parameters.In this paper,2Cr12NiMo1W1V valve core forgings are optimized by smelting method,and its chemical alloy element composition is optimized,reasonable hot forming method is selected,and proper Austenitic temperature and tempering temperature are adopted for performance heat treatment of forgings.Finally,through the inspection of mechanical properties of forgings and the observation of microstructure of forgings after heat treatment,the valve core forgings with good performance are manufactured to improve the service performance of the valve core products.
