摘要
介绍了倾动炉铜圆盘定量浇铸基本结构和原理,对阳极板单重不合格率较高进行分析,根据分析得出提升阳极板单重合格率的方法。对浇铸包浇铸曲线进行优化,同时改变阳极板自学习方式,引进PID调节方法,从而有效提升阳极板单重合格率。
This article introduces the basic structure and principle of quantitative casting of copper discs in tilting furnaces,analyzes the high rate of single weight rejection of anode plates,and based on the analysis,proposes methods to improve the single weight rejection rate of anode plates.Optimize the casting curve of the casting package,change the self-learning method of the anode plate,and introduce PID adjustment method to effectively improve the single weight qualification rate of the anode plate.
