FHEST技术在300 kA铝电解槽节能降耗生产实践中的应用

摘要 近年来,国家发展改革委连续出台政策,对电解铝行业按铝液综合交流电耗高低实行阶梯电价,强化能源总量和能耗强度“双控”管理,电耗已成为影响铝电解可持续发展的关键因素之一。主要介绍了300kA电解槽使用新型稳流保温铝电解槽节能技术的具体情况,通过阴极稳流优化、电压平衡优化、热平衡优化设计和优化工艺参数,配套筑炉规范和后期管理规范,并进行现场服务指导等一系列措施,达到了节能降耗的目的。 In recent years,the National Development and Reform Commission has continuously issued policies to implement tiered electricity prices for the electrolytic aluminum industry based on the comprehensive exchange of aluminum liquid electricity consumption,and strengthen the"dual control"management of energy total and energy consumption intensity.Electricity consumption has become one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of aluminum electrolysis.This article mainly introduces the specific situation of using a new type of stable current insulation aluminum electrolysis cell energy-saving technology in a 300 kA electrolysis cell.Through cathode stable current optimization,voltage balance optimization,heat balance optimization design and process parameters optimization,supporting furnace construction and later management standards,and on-site service guidance,a series of measures have been taken to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
