热态连铸板坯质量测控系统技术研究

摘要 针对目前大型钢铁厂所用原料铸坯质量检查测方法单一、板坯端面缺陷及形状无法获得量化数据等问题,通过应用铸坯表面质量2D+3D自动检判系统,实现了对红热铸坯的表面质量和轮廓尺寸的在线检测和判定,确保了铸坯质量满足炼钢工序的质量改进需求和热轧工序的过程质量控制需求。 In response to the problems of single quality inspection and measurement methods for raw materials used in large steel plants,as well as the inability to obtain quantitative data on slab end surface defects and shapes,the 2D+3D automatic inspection and judgment system for slab surface quality has been applied to achieve online detection and judgment of the surface quality and contour dimensions of red hot cast slabs,ensuring that the quality of the slabs meets the quality improvement requirements of the steelmaking process and the process quality control requirements of the hot rolling process.
